Shipping

Free shipping for all Singapore orders! No minimum spend required.
We offer complimentary door-to-door delivery to addresses within Singapore for any orders made on athingofsense.com.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Orders usually take 1-2 business days to be processed and prepared for delivery. Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 3-5 business days.

Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries at a standard shipping rate which will be calculated at the checkout page. Orders usually take 1-2 business days to be processed and prepared for delivery. Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 7-14 business days. Note: Our products do not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs, if any; imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.

Important note: timeframe for delivery is an estimate for non-peak periods. In light of COVID-19, deliveries may take more than a week longer than usual to arrive.

Returns, exchanges or refunds

How does return/exchange work?
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, please note that returns or exchanges will not be acceptable for products that have been used and/or damaged beyond use. We are also not able to accept returns for gift cards, sale items or products that were not purchased directly from athingofsense.com.

However, we will try our best to accommodate replacement for damaged products during shipment. Please reach out to us at hello@athingofsense.com within 7 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and reason for your request.

Is the above applicable for international orders?
Unfortunately, we are still working out the logistics and are not able to extend this service for international orders at this time.

Do you do cash refunds? Do you offer store credits?
Unfortunately, we are not able to process cash refunds of any kind once an order has been placed. However, we are happy to offer store credits in place of your (valid) refund or exchange request. Please email us at hello@athingofsense.com within 7 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and reason for your request.
